Reading the KOL FOMO lane
A KOL FOMO alert means KOL calls on one token accelerated.
Cartel Cabal treats every KOL call as a public claim with a timestamp. The KOL FOMO channel records the claim; the desk records what the token did next.
For Cartel Cabal, some KOLs buy before they post. Some buy after. Cartel Cabal reads KOL FOMO alongside wallet data to see the order of events.
